Welcome to The Vintage Furniture Nurse

I am a small UK based business running out of a corner of South-East London. By day I’m a Mental Health Nurse and this business offers me a bit of an artistic break from the challenges of my day at work. It’s a curated shop for people who want their homes to look like they’ve actually been lived in and cared for. I divide my time between the community I work in and the workshop, where I paint and restore the "tired" vintage pieces that most people would walk past.

Right now, I’m focusing more on the smaller vintage homeware and antiques, but the furniture restoration work will return and I am happy to take commissions.
