Returns and Refunds. We only offer these if an item is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you feel this is the case or that it is not as described in the listing then please contact us within 14 days of purchase by sending an email to megan.northcott@sky.com. If you contact us after the 14 day period then unfortunately we will be unable to refund your purchase. I am always available to discuss any issues of concern with you via email.

If you haven’t received an item that has been sent please email me and I will track the item for you. Unfortunately I cannot refund any money if attempts have been made to deliver or until you have made attempts to have the item re-delivered. I always send items within 3 days of purchase.

Delivery

Furniture
For larger items I am happy to package up securely and I have access to reliable couriers and can quote you a price. I can also use Shiply.com or AnyVan.com. The price will be dependent on the size and weight of your item.
All Items will be delivered within 5-10 days.

Smaller items

Most small or vintage items will be sent by Royal Mail within 5-7 days of purchase and I will provide a tracking number.

Vintage and antique items

As you will be aware, many of the items we sell at The Furniture Nurse have had a previous life and are therefore classed as vintage or antique. In some cases there may be signs of their previous life which in our opinion adds to the charm and character  of these pieces and therefore we offer a no returns policy, if for any reason you are unhappy with an item please do get in touch via the contact us form. Worldwide Shipping 
 Shipping costs vary dependent on location. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please send us an email and we can do our best to give you an accurate shipping quote for your location.
